"Say among the Gentiles that the LORD reigneth. The world also shall be established, that it shall not be shaken; he shall judge the peoples with righteousness." (Psalm 96:10)
You need to have your spiritual eyes open, and understand the inseparable realities of the Realm of Light. This world is fallen, yet the Almighty Father has not forsaken us, His Kingdom in the higher dimension on Earth has never been attained. He has prepared a providence of salvation for us and is carrying out his work for all who receive him. Even though this world is under a corrupt, tyrannical and genocidal rule, the Word of God does not fail, and nothing escapes the superior government of Heaven. You need to open your eyes to understand the sovereign action of God, which takes place even in the midst of so much destruction and obscurity. Meditate and grow in the knowledge of the Word of God. There are over eight thousand promises in the Bible.
"Righteousness exalts nations, but sin is a reproach to peoples." (Proverbs 14:34)
Seeing this verse, for example, you will know that every country and people living in sin will not prosper, will succumb to shame and fall. And he will also understand that every country or people who do justice will prosper and be exalted. Believe in the infallibility of these promises. This is discerning the government of God.
Laws on the personal level are the same way.
"The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and his ears are attentive to their cry. The face of the LORD is against them that do evil, to cut off the memory of them from the earth." (Psalm 34:15)
In this text you will understand that the righteous are contemplated by the protection and constant care of God, even if in this world they are afflicted and tried, and that the end of all those who practice justice will be prosperity and peace, even if they need patience. In the same way you will understand that the wicked are not in good condition, though they seem to prosper for a time, for they are abhorred by God, and He is determined to destroy them, and to exterminate the memory of them from the earth, though in all this He still expect them to repent in time, for he is rich in mercy and mighty to save.
"The LORD shall reign for ever and ever;"
The government of God is demonstrated throughout the Bible, but if you want to begin to discern it correctly, start by reading and practicing the New Testament, Psalms and Proverbs, believing that all the statements and promises that are there are true, interpreting them, with lucid intelligence and transferring them to the reality of daily life, because all the precepts and promises of the Lord are of supreme authority, faithful, and fully fulfilled in the heavens and in the full terrestrial sphere in which we witness life developing: In daily living , in society, at work, in communion with the brothers, on the path of faith, in the circle of friends, in social relationships, in governments, in public bodies, in companies, in institutions, in the academic environment, in the financial world, in entertainment , in sports, in tourism, in education, in thoughts, in science, in the globalized world, in climate, in time, in nature, in feelings, in perceptions, in looks, and whatever else you think about. You must come to the view that the Almighty has reigned sovereign from time immemorial, even over this fallen world, and nothing escapes the fulfillment of His Word.
So it is to the fullest extent, and to all the promises of Scripture. You should study and meditate on them, especially the promises. If you interpret with sober intelligence and believe in the infallibility of the Word of Truth, then you will understand the sovereign government of God, before which nothing escapes, and that even in the midst of the difficulties and tribulations of a fallen world, you will know how to live with prudence and full intelligence, above any evil "conspiracy" or "system" that may be ruling the lower levels.
