"Before the mountains were born, or you formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God." (Psalm 90:2)
Among the many attributes of God, one is that He is Sovereign. He does whatever He wants, the way He wants, and no one really has anything to question and no one can stop him from anything. However, He is not a tyrant. His same Word also declares that He is True, Faithful and Just, full of Grace and Mercy. He can do whatever he wants because He is Perfect in Wisdom, Just and Faithful. But even though He is God, He will never ever transgress His own Word, His Promises and His Righteousness. For example, He is the Owner of all Power, and for Him everything is possible, except lying and practicing injustice. No one will ever see the Lord lying or doing injustice, because He is Faithful and True, as He is also Just and Holy. If He promised anything in His Word, He will fulfill it. When God commands you to be holy, love and forgive others, it is because He Himself makes the greatest example of this, He is Holy, full of Love and very great in Forgiving. He is not a hypocrite. He, even being God, being also a person, with understanding and reason, although incomparable, He makes himself the first example of Conduct, Character and Integrity in all that He commands His creatures, who have free will, to practice.
The Almighty rules eternally by his power, but this rule is through Justice and Judgment, as it is written. He cannot practice unrighteousness or wickedness, because He is Holy. He rules over absolutely everything, in Heaven and on Earth, but his Kingdom is based on Justice and the Judgment of Truth. The Almighty in essence cannot be changed, for He is the same eternally, but one of His promises is that He answers the prayers of the righteous. He does whatever He wants without ever doing injustice, as it is written, but He is also Kind and Merciful, ready to forgive. Not that His Word or Himself can change, but some of His resolutions, occasionally, in many judgments He had already determined, can be miraculously changed through the repentance in faith, conversion, and prayer of His people and those who believe in the His power.
God lives and exists absolutely above all. His power, his wisdom and understanding are unthinkable above all reasoning and completely unattainable. His Existence is Inexplicable, but at the same time He is possible to be Known. The Existence of God is the Mystery of all Mysteries, but it is something that rests in Truth and Reason. God is Real and possible to be known, because He allowed it and even urges everyone to do so, even if His existence is unattainable, because He lives and exists above all that is explained and understood. He is the Lord of Existence. He Exists and He Is before Existence itself and Being exist, because existence itself exists within Him and all being is being within Him. He is God even before the very creation of eternity.
God's existence cannot be explained, yet He can, allows and wants to be Known. Everything Is and everything exists within Him, and He Is and Exists in everything. We exist within Him, and He within us. God not only exists and IS, but He IS the very Existence and Being of everything. God is the Giver of Being and the Sustainer of Existing. Without Him, nothing is and nothing exists, because everything is and everything exists within Him, and He in everything. We cannot know how He, who gave existence to everything, lives and exists as the very Author of Life and Existence. But we can believe His Word. Faith is the Link that connects us to God, even though his existence is inexplicable. The Faith within us somehow makes us understand everything, even if it is impossible to say in words. Our very existence is a great mystery and a wonder that we cannot understand perfectly, and as we ourselves live and exist, for the universe and all things exist in mystery, we still cannot see everything in fullness and no one knows the absolute truth, except through faith. We can believe the absolute truth and understand it by faith in the Word of God, which is the truth. It is the Word of God that brings into existence the things that do not exist, and God is above all existence and nonexistence.
So what shall we say of Him Who Is and Who Is, but he is the Creator of both Being and Non-Being, and both Existence and Nonexistence! And not only that, but He is also the Creator of eternity and time itself, yesterday, today and forever. Of course, everything is too wonderful for us and we try to convey only small things that have already been revealed about the Knowledge of Him, but the Word of God received by Faith explains to us what we need, even the Knowledge of the Lord in spirit and mystery, when we keep it in our hearts, we obey it and we do everything that is written in it. Faith in the Word of God, mixed with obedience and practice, is what will transform you and connect you with the Dimensions of Eternity, bringing you Knowledge and Wonderful Communion with Our Blessed and Almighty Father of Truth, through Jesus.
