God has never ceased to be the true Possessor and Ruler of the Earth, and the Almighty, the Supreme Ruler of this world. The forces of evil dominate the Lower System of sin and the passing world that reigns over the hearts of unbelievers, but the true power has always been, and always will be in the hands of the Lord. This world is a fallen world, for which however there was a providence of redemption and salvation for all who believe. God has never lost, and will never lose, absolute control of all things, who in righteousness sent His Only Begotten Son to save us from our sins. And even in the midst of the chaos, death and destruction that plague the present time, He is leading the course of history, on the universal and individual plane, towards the final Victory of Peace and the visible coming of His Celestial Kingdom of Light.
