What is the Church? The Church is not a business, not a company, not even a religious institution. The Church is a Kingdom, whose head and Lord is Christ, and whose members are His Body, citizens and ambassadors of the Kingdom of Heaven. We are taught to submit to authority, for Christ has all power in heaven and on earth. Nevertheless the Church is the extension and precedence of the Kingdom of God on Earth. The Church was the birth of the Spiritual Israel of God, according to the divine promise, and is composed of the Elect of Grace, those who believe in the Promise of Eternal Salvation through Jesus Christ, the Son of God and Messiah manifested in Power according to the Promises of the Scriptures. The Church is the Spiritual Israel of God, where there is no differentiation of persons, and all those who fear the name of God, through Christ, coming from all peoples, because salvation, which came from the Jews, was destined to reach all peoples, according to the promise made to Abraham, which says, "In you all the families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 12:3). Jesus is not a religion, but a life-changing power and the Lord of All, and the Church is not a company, nor a political organization, but the Living and Acting Extension of the Kingdom of God and His Power on Earth. The Church is not under the Law of Moses, but under the New Testament of the New Covenant of Eternal Salvation in the Blood of Jesus. The Church lives under the Reign of Grace, where the Gospel of Peace and the Eternal and already consummated Victory of the Lord on the Cross, his Death and Resurrection are announced. With the full manifestation of Christ and the Consummation of the Work of Redemption, the people of God, among all those who accept Salvation by Faith, began to live under the Covenant of Grace. The Old Testament has not yet been annulled, but it has been replaced and superseded by the New Testament of the New Testament, which has better and superior promises for the saved. The Church must know and learn the principles of faith, the promises and the lessons of the Old Testament, but the Church does not live under the Old Testament, the Church lives under the New Testament. The Church does not live and is not justified by the works of the Law of Moses, the Church lives in the Time of Grace and is justified by faith in Jesus and walks in newness of life, no longer in the Ministry of Letters, but in the Ministry of the Spirit.
