"And the angel answered and said to her, The Holy Ghost shall come on you, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow you: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of you shall be called the Son of God." (Luke 1:35)
"Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;" (Romans 1:3)
Jesus, being the Son of God and the Manifestation of the Presence of God Himself among us, even having His supernatural human birth, was also a legitimate descendant of Joseph, his earthly father, and so also of David, according to the flesh. The Lord, being the Son of God from before Eternity, was also born as a man by the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit, so that through Him we might be saved. However, even in a supernatural way, in His incarnation He was generated according to the genetic code of Joseph, His earthly father, although without sin, because of God's promise made to David, that from one of his descendants He would raise Christ, thus being a legitimate descendant of David, that the promise which God made to him and also to Abraham might be fulfilled. Thus Jesus, the Son of God sent to save the World, even though, through His Divine Unity, the Exact Manifestation of God Himself Among Us, was also generated as a man, even if in a supernatural way, so that He could become the New Adam and New Matrix of the Human Race, redeemed, celestial, spiritual and no longer carnal, which is now born first of all from the spirit, through Faith. He was also begotten as a man, of heavenly seed, pure, divine, incorruptible, and holy, and through Him so all who believe will also be begotten to Eternal Life. In this way the Son of God is the New Adam, and he can also rightfully be called a descendant of David and Abraham, according to the flesh, according to the promises of God set forth in the Scriptures.
